“Recently, I had clients, a couple. We wrote, and lost out on, two offers prior to seeing a home in Eastpointe that they absolutely fell in love with. I kept in touch with the agent throughout the process, but it was a highest and best situation. We lost out, but I still kept in touch with the listing agent. My clients kept going with their search, but every time we went out, they asked if the Eastpointe house had come back on the market. A few weeks passed, and the couple found a home that he loved, but she didn’t. They decided to sleep on it, and that same night, I got a call from the listing agent on the Eastpointe house. The previous buyers backed out of the deal at the last minute, and did my clients want it? Absolutely! And it’s all because I kept in friendly contact with the listing agent.”


Sharon has lived in Detroit almost all of her life, and has a son. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, the Food Network, and traveling to different places to try new cuisines and see beautiful things.
